    Another Crane brothers' comedy of errors is woven together in this hilariously funny episode in which Niles is trying to outdo everyone else in his elite dinner club so that he can win the coveted "Golden Apron" award....and thereby restore his manhood. The entire foundation for the plot is outrageous, with Niles seeking to pull one over on the other dinner club members with both the venue for the supper (Maris' beach house) and the caterer (a pompous, overfed Frenchman) destined to rendezvous with disaster. Throw in Frasier trying to assist him in all his own stuffiness and snobbery, a dead seal, and a prying neighbor, and it's one hilarious "turnover" of events after another.
