  • Frasier runs for Condo board president when he gets fed up with the way the current president runs things.

It all starts with a door knocker, Frasier is given a "no-no" notice to take it down, he appeals his case in front of the board, and his request is denied.

After then people are constantly telling Frasier to run for board president, and finally decides to run after Daphne receives one for parking in a spot that she has been parking in for years.

Frasier vows to put an end to her reign, however after Martin receives another no-no notice which Frasier thinks is because he took Eddie down the main elevator, he then embarrasses himself when he finds out that it was because Martin was in the hot tub without any shorts on.

Funny episode, the actress they got to play Ms. Langer, was amazing, and Martin's miserable cow remake was hilarious.
  • Frasier runs for Condo Board President.

We got to see a different side of Niles here. We have grown accustomed to his subtle jabs at his peers but here we saw his mockery transcend to a different level by his refusal to cooperate with his father's lower class girlfriend. Things got worse for him when he walked in on Martin and said girlfriend doing the no no.

What is great about Frasier is how intelligently they handle even the worse predicaments. Walking in on sex is a common plot device used on sitcoms, but instead of potty humor Frasier opts for more subtle and clever gaffes.
