  • Definitley one of my favorites.

This episode was indeed silly, but I liked it! I liked the part in Foamy the Freakadog when Foamy was "making dog water" instead of getting help for Freakazoid while he was strapped to a rocket. The Lord Bravery episode was pure comedy when everyone had to change their shop name so that Lord Bravery could keep his name. The one about fanboy wanting Leonard Nimoy's autograph was very funny too! But I don't like fanboy that much because he's kinda annoying when he talks about Tron and Star Trek. But the end was the best part because Freak was making a very, very long beeping sound until the show ended!moreless
  • And a sticky bun!

    Another uneven episode:

    Foamy was obnoxious, 'nuff said.

Lord Bravery needed his own show! The round about of trying to get all the other places to change their name is classic humor and well executed here

I like Fan Boy, I didn't much care for his segment.

And finally, Freak needed to test the Emergency Broadcast System more often, that was soooo funny!

    • Announcer: Freakazoid - in Stereo where available. And where not available, it's not in Stereo. There's nothing we can do about that, so don't blame us. We have no control over it. Call your cable company if there's some sort of a problem, or your local broadcaster. But if they're not giving you Stereo, and you want Stero, that's your problem, not ours. Don't bug us. Complain to your congressman, or Newt Gingrich. Like I'm sure he'd care... Hah! But we don't want to get any letters. Understand? Good!

    • Ode to Leonard Nimoy

      Leonard Nimoy, Leonard Nimoy
Dear Mister Spock, oh golly gee boy
It sure would make me smile and laugh
If I could have your autograph
If I don't get it, I'll be blue
But then I know what I will do
I'll call you up on the telephone
And bother you when you're at home
You hang up, the line goes dead
But then a new idea pops in my head
I'll visit you right where you live
I'll ring on the doorbell and ask if you'll give
That autograph I've been waiting for
You give it to me, and so much more
      (BOOM!)
Oh thank you, thank you, Mister Spock
Now please call Bones; I need a doc.

    • Lord Bravery: Fear not, Lord Smoked Meats and Fishes has arrived!

    • Lord Bravery: Dream Works? Hmmm....

    • Lord Bravery: What kind of superhero would call himself Lord Smoked Meats and Fishes?
Mr. Snarzetti: Ah. One who wants to use the element of surprise.

    • Shopkeeper: How does it go again?
Lord Bravery: Look, I take Lord Bravery. She takes "Helen's Bake Shop", "Helen's Butcher Shop" becomes "Rudy's Butcher Shop", "Rudy's Hardware And Twine" becomes "Hank's Hardware And Twine", "Hank's Tires" becomes "Terry's Tires" and we get Terry's to change to Ellen's, Ellen's to Johnny's, Johnny's to Frank's and Frank's to Bill's, and all you have to do is change your name from "Bill's World Of Paint" to whatever you want to call it!
Shopkeeper: But I don't want to!
      Lord Bravery: Why not?!
      Shopkeeper: Cos' my name's Bill.

  • ALLUSIONS (2)

    • In 'Conversational Norwegian with Freakazoid!' he is wearing a helmet with long blonde braids which is very similar to the costume of Brunhilde the Valkyrie, the heroine of Wagner's "Ring" cycle of operas.

    • Hop Sing's restaurant in "Foamy the Freakadog" episode segment. Hop Sing was the name of the cook in the TV show Bonanza.
