Roddy: Ever since Guitierrez entered the net, he's been busy setting up some kind of deranged trap for you. When I tried to see what it was, he found me and kicked me out. He's amazingly powerful!
Freakazoid: If it's a trap, why do you want me to go in?
Roddy: You don't have a choice, lad. The reason you're so weak is that Guitierrez sabotaged the energy field that powers ya here on the outside. If you didn't go in, in an hour or so, you'd be no better then a dried-up piece of fleshy haggis. Oh, he's figured it all out! He's beaten ya, lad. He's made sure you've got no choice but to go in after him. He means to destroy ya
Freakazoid: Boy, you've got a lot of lines in this show.
Roddy: Aye, that's what I told them! But no, all the cruddy exposition goes to me! I've got to talk and talk, and fiddle with the computer, and talk some more, and fiddle some more. I feel like Obi-Wan cruddy Kenobi!
Freakazoid: Roddy, settle.
Roddy: Alright, we're ready.
Freakazoid: Aren't you comig?
Roddy: Nay, Guitierrez has locked me out. He wants you, alone. There, that's the last of the cruddy exposition, thank you very much! (audience applauds)
Freakazoid: Aw, nut bunnies!
Guitierrez: If I don't get a phone line lickety-split, I shall squeeze you. And I shall go on squeezing you until all your man-juices run dry.
Guitierrez: I am not a weenie, you are the weenie!
Guitierrez: I am now more powerful then you can possibly imagine.
Freakazoid: Yes, but can you dance?
(Guititerrez performs a short flamenco dance)
Guitierrez: Yes.
Freakazoid (in awe, hushed whisper) Wow.
Freakazoid: I got a bowl, good for me!
Guitierrez: (hanging on for dear life) Freakazoid, help me! Would you let your father fall?
Freakazoid: My father?! You're my father??
Guitierrez: Uh... Er, yes! I am your father!
Freakazoid: (starts to give Guitierrez his hand, then stops) ...Who was my mother?
Guitierrez: Uhh... Faye Dunaway?
Freakazoid: (almost scornfully, stands up and crosses his arms) No she's not...
Guitierrez: Kaye Ballard?
Freakazoid: Kaye -- no.
Guitierrez: Would you believe Sandy Duncan?
In "The Chip", Guitierrez was typing very slowly with two fingers, and actually complained about the fact. His typing skills seem to have improved since then.
Emmitt Nervend: Has left the building.
Much like Freakazoid and Guitierrez, Roddy McStew now sports lightning bolt streaks in his hair: a side-effect of his trip through the Internet in "The Chip".
This takes place six months after the events of "The Chip".
Guitierrez's super-powered form makes him similar to the Spider-Man villain Venom, in that he has the same powers as his heroic nemesis, but is also bigger and stronger.
The scene where Freakazoid is entering the internet is a reference to 2001: A Space Odyssey.
The title of the episode is a likely reference to the second Star Trek movie, The Wrath of Khan, as both Khan and Gutierrez were played by Ricardo Montalban.
Guitierrez:: Uh...er, yes! I *am* your father!
An obvious and funny reference to the shocking plot twist at the end of The Empire Strikes Back.
