  • This episode was one that many could either relate to the characters or put themselves in their shoes. The extra actors brought alot of spice to the show, especially yo yo man. I enjoyed this episode and will watch again.moreless

Oh my goodness, can't all of us relate to those goofy dating candidates at the mixer. I think I have actually been set up with a real life yo-yo man! He was hilarious! Yo-yo man and the moped girl were very funny and added alot of spice to the episode. I have to say I have not watched many \"Freddie\" episodes, but this one was great. Lots of energy from the cast. I love the Spanish speaking grandmother. I think alot of people could relate and/or put themselves in these characters\' shoes. I enjoyed this episode and had many laughs at its expense.moreless
  • Funny. The characters where great. The Yo-yo guys killed me. He had a great reaction at the end of his scene. Very Enjoyable.

The Feddie Show "The Mixer" was greatness. All the characters seemed on que and the Yo Yo guy was greatness. He did a wonderful job with the Yo Yo nearly knocking himself out which obviously set up one of the final jokes of night. The cast also had a few good jabs at the Yo-yo guy with the uni-cycle and wax lips comments. He seems like he would be a solid fit for a recurring role like Gunther on Friends. I'd bring him back. I enjoyed him alot. Overall - solid, strong episode for Freddie.moreless
  • Freddie explores brave new territory, going where no man has gone before.

    5.0
Last week, we saw a show of preening and intellectual posturing by liberal college-educated pointy-heads. This week, we explore the Catholic virgin over the age of twenty--a rare creature indeed, like "finding a unicorn". And the grandmother once again has the best lines--pity that if you happen to look away from the screen at an inopportune moment and miss the subtitles, you miss the joke totally. A few jokes revolving around the usual Catholic stereotypes--they're all sexually frustrated, panting schoolgirls in short skirts and knee socks--and some inexplicable confusion between Catholics and the Amish. All that was missing was some exploration of their freako beliefs about death and a stern nun with a yardstick whacking girls' knuckles.moreless
