Freezing is the anime series based on the manga written and illustrated by Dall-Young Lim and Kim Kwang Hyun. The story is set in a futuristic world where Earth has been overrun by aliens from another dimension, called the Nova. The aliens have invaded, and Earth is at war to save their planet. To help save them, they use genetically modified humans, Pandoras and Limiters to fight against the Nova. Pandoras are girls who have super fighting skills, and their male partners, Limiters, can freeze their opponents and make them more susceptible to attack. We follow the lives of Kazuya Aoi, a Limiter, and his Pandora partner Satellizer el Bridget. Kazyua lost his sister Kazuha Aoi when she sacrificed her life to stop a powerful Nova, and he decides to become a limiter for Satellizer, who resembles his late sibling. Satellizer is the strongest Pandora at West Genetics academy, but the arrival of Kazuya changes that. Satellizer has an extreme fear of being touched, and refuses to be baptized with a Limiter, but Kazuya's unique powers allow him to freeze with her without the baptism. Follow as Kazuya, Satellizer and the rest of the students of the Academy learn to work together to stop the invading Nova on Freezing.moreless
