    RANDY ORTON BOX SET!

Why is it being discussed and not confirmed?

I'm getting the Nitro, DX, and U.S. Title DVDs. I might get the Goldust one too if it has the match where he fought Brian Pillman at Summerslam.

More pressing matters? I also think they wanted to wait until he was really being cheered by the fans.

I hope the one where he battled Piper is in there.

I'm very interested in the WCW one and the U.S. Championship ones.

I'd buy that. Huge Goldberg fan when I was younger.

Well the time is now. Randy Orton is the best thing on WWE television.

I'm not touching that best thing on TV stuff, but this is the best time to get people to buy the DVD set on him.

    A WCW DVD involving Nitro?
I don't trust that this is gonna be a non-bias DVD.

It's a Best Of, not like the Rise & Fall one they did.

Still, that's a lot of BEST that they'll have to do and they may personally skip a lot of those BEST. That's just me.

    Synopsis for Big Show's DVD:

    WWEdvdNews wrote:

We can now confirm that WWE Bragging Rights 2010 is scheduled for release on Blu-ray in the United States & Canada. It is planned to be a 2 Disc set, like the European edition.

As we revealed last Tuesday, WWE The Big Show: A Giant's World is indeed going ahead. It will be a 3-Disc set (with documentary) and be released on February 22nd 2011.

Here's the official synopsis for the release:

Big Show lays claim to the title of "World's Largest Athlete" and anyone that doubts it may be on the receiving end of his devastating knockout punch. The 7-foot giant has been a staple of the Sports Entertainment scene since his WCW debut in the 90s, and has battled some of the all-time greats, including Hulk Hogan, Ric Flair, Sting, Undertaker, Triple H, John Cena, and more.

He's also cast his enormous shadow in the worlds of television and movies with roles on Royal Pains, Saturday Night Live, The Waterboy, MacGruber, and Knucklehead.

Now for the first time ever, Big Show's mammoth career will be highlighted in a DVD set. This 3-disc release will include a never-before-seen documentary on the life and times of Big Show featuring new candid interviews where Show discusses how a giant lives in an average-sized world, his sports entertainment career, and more.

    Two more in the works:

    :
The Million Dollar Man – A new multi-disc WWE DVD set on the career of Ted DiBiase, Sr. This is on the schedule right now for mid 2011. There were some rumors circulating on the web about this but we can now confirm it is currently planned, with production likely taking place now.

The WrestleMania Story – WWE has this on the cards right now to be released on DVD & Blu-ray in early March, not surprisingly close to the WrestleMania 27 event itself.

1 more new one and a DX update.

    :
Best Cage Matches – Planned right now for a Summer 2011 release is a new WWE DVD on the Steel Cage match type. No further details on this but if this is produced we'd expect it be a 3-Disc, "upgraded" version of the 2003 released Bloodbath DVD.

D-Generation X: The Final Conflict – Come April 2011 following WrestleMania we may be seeing a brand new D-Generation X DVD & Blu-ray, which one could speculate may document the full history of the group. Since it's already been given a title (The Final Conflict) we are expecting it to go ahead as planned. Perhaps there was a little more behind Triple H and Shawn Michaels reuniting recently to promote Mania?

I think some of these DVD releases are getting a bit ridiculous. First of all, why does DX even need another DVD set, they already have pretty much all of their content on the 2 other DX DVD's and the Best of Raw 2009 DVD. Also I'm growing tired of these best of gimmick match concept DVD's. I mean I know the Steel Cage is probably a good idea seeing as how that does have a long history, but you know eventually they're going to scrape the bottom of the barell with something like "Best of the Inferno Match" or "Best of the Punjabi Prison".

Well as long as DX is popular the WWE will continue to make DVD's until people get sick of them.

I like them because now they can add a whole bunch of stuff from their library of wrestling to it that wasn't on the Bloodbath one.

DX doesn't need to be shilled anymore. Annoyance is what it is.
