WWE Smackdown started off with a pretty long opening match. You might expect that from a wrestling show, but you would be surprised with how rarely that happens on a WWE TV show. The match was decent enough though and I am glad that they let the face of Smackdown, Edge, get the pinfall. Edge would go on to "win" the World Title later on in the show as well, but that did not even feel like a big moment.

Booker T is horrible on commentary. His King Booker character was good, but he has no idea how to do this. He did not even know CM Punk's finisher! When he lifted him up for the GTS Booker T said, "What the hell?"moreless
