Ross is back from his suspension this Friday with another episode of Friday Night with Jonathan Ross. I was wondering though, do you think he'll be more tame now that he's got the BBC's watchful eye on him? If it does it could change the whole format of the show.

He'll try really hard to show like nothing's changed but in reality he will tone it down. He doesn't have the guts to keep going like he was

first show back and did'nt see the Stephen fry or lee Evans interview but with tom he did'nt say anything too controversial, but he did seem really nervous much more than usual, don't know whether it was just cause it was tom cruise or maybe cause of it being his first show back (probably a little of both) anyway good to see the best entertainment show on tv back.

The viewing figures were very healthy. Link.

I actually stopped watching the programme because it became puerile and I really can not stand smut and innuendo. He can be funny and entertaining without resorting to that schoolboy nonsense.

Started watching again last series, then, well, you know what happened... Might give it a miss next week as my loathing for Lily Allen knows no restraint.

Well it appears the editors are taking no chances, they cut out all of Ross' swearing so we can't really tell what's going on

The guests are a bit rubbish next week; William Shatner was awful the last time he was on. Eddie Izzard is OK, but I don't find him that interesting and Glenn Close... hmmm. The week after (6th February) is a bit better, but not great: Tom Jones will be on but, don't panic: your TV is fine - he really is that colour.

I'm frightened to think what watching him in HD will do to my eyes... think I'll revert to SD that week.

Damn Tom's hair is grey now. Now he doesn't look like David Guest in HD

I thought Bencio Del Toro was a good guest last week

The week before that has Mickey Rourke he will be a funny guest.

The 27th has some good guests. Shame there are a couple of weeks of average guests before that
