i love it in the start of TOW Rachel's inadvertent kiss where all the group is on the lounge at central perk and Rachel tells everyone that she has an interview at Ralph Lauren and phoebe says Phoebe: You wanna work on your interview skills?

Rachel: O-okay!

Phoebe: Okay! All right, let's start with the handshake. Hi.

Rachel: Hi.

(They shake hands.)
