Monica's "Seven, seven, seven" in TOW Phoebe's Uterus stands out as the most awkward moment on Friends, hands down. I cringe every time I watch it and Rachel and Chandler's faces as she's saying it are priceless. I also love the silence afterwards before they all go separate ways and slam their doors.

When Monica is hiding in the shower when her parents walk in and they start making out... That look on her face... Priceless! I felt sorry for her. "I caught the live version".

When Monica dates Richard's son. Chandler: "Do you want to date someone when you could actually use the line: 'That's not how your father used to do it'?"

In season 5 episode 8 (Thanks giving episode), I think it's called TOW all the thanks givings. It was when Monica was trying to flirt with Chandler.

It's awkward every time Rachel is with Joshua. At Emily's party, meeting his parents and when she suggested they should get married. That was so embarrassing.

I don't know if this counts as awkward or just plain annoying, but in the episode where Phoebe gets mad because the Central Perk pays some other girl to sing and play, the song that girl sings "just call me angel of the morning baby" or something like that and repeats that frase like 218 times always makes me wanna look away, cover my ears and fastforward. Sure, it's kind of catchy one or two times, then it just gets annoying, very annoying.

Thats Chrissy Hines (sp?) of The Pretenders, who sang the famous song "Hands In Pocket". Youd probably know it. It takes some getting used to her voice, yes, but that isnt considered an awkward moment because its nothing that makes the characters awkward toward eachother. That would just be a seen that you, the viewer, dont like and find annoying.

I think for me is the on in the season 1 finale when Chandler by accidentley told Rach that Ross' liked her. Chandler's face is so funny when he said that Bless him, there is loads more but I can't think of them.

It's not her voice, and as I said, that would have been a catchy chorus if used in moderation, but the same line that many times? Nope, just plain awkward, and annoying. And yeah, it's probably just annoying and awkward to me, but weren't we supposed to list things that is awkward for _us_ and not for _the charachters_?

Yeah that one is a good one, but for me I think that one is more funny than awkward.
