Who was the Episode MVP ?

  • the last five minutes were deffinately the best

i have got to tell you that the last like 5 mins or so i just cracked up - i could not stop laughing oh where do i start joeys video that he made so his nonna didn't know that he wasn't in law and order was so hilarious and chandler singing that david bowie song after it and phoebe thinking that joey's video was the real thing i was on the floor laughing and when phoebe said she lost mon's earings she was all ok about it than when rach admitted it was actually her and mon full went like all mean and when monica put in different earings and chandler didn't know because he didn't chose them and probably never even looked at them so it was a win win situation oh and of course ross' flirtingmoreless
  • A bottle episode!

I think this is the second bottle episode of Friends. Reminded me of the season two episode, "The One Where No One Is Ready" They practically stay in the apartment for the whole episode. I like how Ross really freaks out that Pizza girl by talking about gas. It was so nice of Rachel to get the pizza girl to go on a date with Ross. Whatever happened to that girl from Ross' apartment? That's what I would like to know. Joey hiding the fact that he wasn't on Law & Order was hilarious. His Nonnie was funny too, so a great bottle epsiode.moreless
  • Ross' flirting is hilarious

This episode is brilliant... and all because of Ross.

The 'cute pizza delivery girl' (Caitlin) comes round to drop off pizza, and Ross decides that he wants to flirt with her, so orders more pizza... but lets just say that his flirting skills leave a lot to be desired (but are very funny...)

Caitlin: One, uh, vegetarian pizza. That's $12.15.

Ross: Oh. Uh, by the way, if it makes it feel any better, I happen to like 8-year-old boys.

    Caitlin: What?

Ross: No, I mean, uh, uh... no, no... the, uh, your hair. Before--your hair. You said you thought that your hair looked like an 8-year-old's, and I'm... I'm just saying I like it. The hair.

    Caitlin: Oh. Thanks.

Ross: You understand I don't actually like 8-year-old boys.

Caitlin: Y'know, all I'm looking for is the money.moreless
  • "If this is the way all the Gellers flirt, we don't have a problem." - Chandler

This was a hilarious episode and the title pretty much says it all.

Chandler is getting ready for his 10 month anniversary with Monica. But first the're all gonna watch an episode of Law & Order that Joey got a very small role in. So of course they order pizza. Chandler flirts a little bit with the pizza delivery girl Caitlin which makes Ross very mad because he would like to become Mr. Pizza Delivery Girl. So he orders another pizza and flirts with her. For all the guys out there if you like a girl, talking to her about gas isn't the best way to win her over.

Chandler and Monica have a conversation about flirting when he tells her that some things aren't the same for men and women.

Joey gets cut from Law & Order but finds a way to make his grandmother think he was still in it.

Rachel loses Monica's earrings so she gets yelled at.

These where all funny storylines but the Ross flirting was without a doubt the best part of this episode.moreless

Ah ah ah.. I can't stop laughing.. seriously.. When Ross is flirting with the pizza delivery girl it cracks me up!!

First he said that he "happened to lake 8-year-old boy" and then he started talking to her about gas smell.. OMG!! I think this is one of the best episode ever.. even thoug there isn't very much going on there.

I must say I was really surprised by Chandler-good-at-flirting.. I think that all the episode where the guys are all at Monica's or at Joey's are pretty good (like TOW noone's ready..).

And I also laugh a looooot evry time I see Chandler singing "Space Oddity".. A very well-done-episode!!!moreless

Trivia, Notes, Quotes and Allusions

  • TRIVIA (11)

  • QUOTES (15)

    • Rachel: Ross! We broke up two years ago... you've been married since then... I think it's okay that we see other people.

    • Monica: So when I was in the shower I was thinking about our first night in London.
Chandler: Oh, Joey's grandmother is right there.
Monica: Is that the one who speaks English or the one that doesn't?
      Chandler: The one who doesn't.
Monica: That was some hot love you gave me.

    • Phoebe: (about the earrings Rachel borrowed from her) Wait, Rach', where's the other one?
Rachel: What you want both of them? A little greedy, don't ya think?
Phoebe: Rachel Karen Greene, where's the other earring?!
Rachel: Okay, okay, look, just don't freak out. I kind of lost it. I know it's in the apartment but I definitely lost it.
Phoebe: What am I gonna tell Monica? She wants to wear them tonight.
Rachel: Well, tell her to wear her own earrings.
      Phoebe: These are her earrings.
Rachel: Noooo, noooo! You lent me Monica's earrings? I'm not allowed to borrow her stuff.
      Phoebe: Why not?
Rachel: Because I lose her stuff!

    • Ross: Hey, how's my hair look?
Monica: Ross, it hasn't moved since 1996.

    • Chandler: So, you, you flirt with guys all the time?
Monica: Sure, it doesn't mean anything. Just like I know it doesn't mean anything with you.
Chandler: Yeah, but there's a big difference. You are a lot hotter than I am.
      Joey: True story.

    • Chandler: Rachel, when you were going out with Ross, did it bother you when he flirted with other women?
Rachel: Uh, no, no. It bothered me when he slept with other women.

    • Rachel: But you know, I never really had anything to worry about. Ross was never very good at the flirting thing.
Ross: What? What are you talking about? It, it worked with you.
Rachel: Oh! You know what? You're right! We met, you flirted and then bam! Nine years later, you had me!

    • Monica: Phoebe, I have to have those earrings. We're gonna leave as soon as the show's over.
Phoebe: I already gave them back to you.
      Monica: No you didn't.
Phoebe: Alright. I already didn't gave them back to you. That's what I said.

    • Chandler: When you flirt with a guy, you think, "I'm just flirting, no big deal," but the guy is thinking, "Finally! Somebody who wants to sleep with me!"
      Monica: No way!
      Chandler: It's true.
      Monica: Well that's pathetic.
      Chandler: Again, true.
Monica: This goes for all guys?
Chandler: All guys that are awake. Then we go to sleep. And all guys from the other end of the world wake up and behave the exact same way.

    • Phoebe: Did you find it?
Rachel: The earring? No. But, look, I found my sunglasses under the couch. I've been looking for these since like, last summer.
Phoebe: Okay, those are my sunglasses, you borrowed them from me.
Rachel: Okay, calm down. Here they are.

    • (Rachel has lost Monica's earring, but Phoebe is taking the blame)
Phoebe: Mon, can I talk to you for a sec? Um, I lost one of your earrings. I am sorry. I am so, so sorry.
Monica: Wow. Alright, well, I mean... what can you do? If you lost it, you lost it.
Phoebe: I'll replace it. I promise. I feel so terrible.
Monica: Alright, sweety. That's fine--you didn't do it on purpose!
      Phoebe: No.
Monica: Aw, look at you. Come here. (they hug) Feel better?
      Phoebe: Yeah, you're the best.
Rachel: (jealous of the bonding between Phoebe and Monica) Okay, wait a minute. Wait, I, I can't do this. Honey, it's not Phoebe's fault. She leant me the earrings, I lost it, I'm so sorry. Honey, I feel terrible, too. (goes to hug Monica)
Monica: (angry) That is exactly why I do not lend you stuff! I mean, first it's my jewelry and if it's not my jewelry it's, it's my blue sweater, and if it's not my blue sweater it's my sunglasses!
      Rachel: Your sunglasses?
      Monica: Yes!
Phoebe: Oh, right. (hands the sunglasses Rachel borrowed from her to Monica)

    • Rachel: (catching up to Caitlin in the street) Hey, I'm Rachel... from upstairs--the people with all the pizza?
Caitlin: Oh, was there a problem...?
Rachel: No, everything was fine--great pizza! But it's actually... my friend Ross. He, uh, he just gets really nervous when he's flirting.
Caitlin: Oh my, God, that was flirting?
Rachel: Yeah. I know, I know. But, I'm telling you... once you get past that part where it feels like you wanna die, um, he's, he's a really good person.

    • Rachel(about Ross's flirting) I think he really likes you.
      Caitlin: Really?
Rachel: Well, you know, we have seven people and, like, ten pizzas. What do you think?
Caitlin: I just... I thought Joey was there.

    • Caitlin (about Ross): Well, if he's so great, why don't you go out with him?
Rachel: Hmm. Well, you know, at some point you and I may need to have a longer conversation.

    • Chandler: You look amazing. I'm the luckiest guy in the world.
Monica: Oh, you're about to get a little luckier.

  • NOTES (3)

Chandler was singing "Space Oddity" by David Bowie.
