She convinces Ross to take her as his guest, only to find that the cousin had a good reason to not invite her--she had previously slept with the groom. Chandler accidentally gets a cheesecake delivered that was intended for another apartment. When he and Rachel start eating it, they are unable to stop and refuse to give it back. In fact, the cheesecake is so good, they take the replacement delivery as well.moreless

  • Chandler's a thief!

Ok now people I have been dealing with a minor glitch on tv.com which makes all my sentences squash back together after I have put the in paragraphs so from now on I will be using a dash- to seperate my paragraphs. - This episode focuses around Chandler stealing a cheese cake and having to fight Rachel for another cheese cake which he and Rachel take steal trying to let go of it.- I thought this episode was funny but I would not seperate it from different episodes because it had nothing special.- David returning was very annoying. I mean why bring him back when we know he is going back again and there is no future for him with Phoebe ? - My favorite T.V siblings Ross and Monica go off to their cousin's wedding with Monica not invited but going as Ross's guest but then she finds out that the reason she was not invited was because her cousin's fiancee or husband was Monica's boyfriend.- Another good episode but rowened by the pointless David appearance.moreless
  • David returns from Minsk.

The plots are getting a little more serious on Friends. Phoebe crying in the end was so sad. She watched the love of her life drive away back to Minsk. It's good that they brought David back from season one. I honsestly think that Phoebe should end up with him. Joey consoling her was nice too. And to think the whole plot started just by Joey blowing off Phoebe for sex. Rachel & Chandler plot! The chemistry between them is great! They eat cheesecake off the floor, once the system breaks down, on who eats the cheesecake. I like how they sort of fight for it toward the end. Monica not getting invited to the wedding was great! Obviously there was a good reason. She slept with the groom! Monica being obsessive like Ross was fun to watch. One of the best of the season.moreless

This episode put together Rachel (Jennifer Aniston) and Chandler (Matthew Perry), and we never really get to see the two of them in a scene alone together, let alone have an episode I love also how the writers of friends seem to have the ability to bring in characters that we never see coming, like Janice, and in this episode they brought back David (guest star Hank Azaria). They did a great job with his entry and how Phoebe (Lisa Kudrow) noticed he was there. I also loved how we learned Joey's (Matt le Blanc) and Rachel's middle name. This episode is easily one of my favorites with a very comedic plots with all of the characters.moreless

  • TRIVIA (7)

    • Trivia: When Rachel and Chandler return from lunch they realized that neither of them paid. The same thing happens in "The One with Ross's Tan" when Rachel and Joey return from their first date only to realize that neither of them had paid for dinner.

    • Goof: When Chandler opens the door to Joey's apartment and finds Rachel eating the cheesecake, the Magna Doodle pen is hanging from the board. When the camera angle changes and the door shuts, the pen is in it's holder.

    • Goof: When Phoebe finds David at the coffee house, you can see between her sweater's buttons in one shot and in the other they're completely closed. It keeps changing throughout the scene.

    • Magna Doodle: A drawing of police cars and a helicopter surrounding a house

    • Factual Error: Throughout the episode they refer to Minsk as a town in Russia, when actually it is the capital of Belarus, a completely different country.

    • Trivia: Joey's middle name is Francis and Rachel's is Karen.

    • Trivia: The restaurant where Phoebe and Joey had dinner is the same restaurant that Monica worked at in season one, Iridium.

  • QUOTES (15)

    • David: Yeah, I'm just, I'm just in town for a conference. Um, God you look phenomenal!
Phoebe: Well... Yeah. You look great too. Did you get a haircut?
David: Yeah. Well, I, I got like thirty of them.

    • Joey: Okay, can I, can I make it up to you? Huh? I'm sorry. How about, uh, dinner tomorrow night? I'll pay for myself!
Phoebe: Okay, you wore me down.

    • Phoebe: Oh here's Joseph Francis!
Joey: Hey, what are you middle naming me for?!

    • Ross: (To his aunt) Why? Why on the lips?!

    • Joey: My girl from the other night was special! She was a scientist too!
      Phoebe: She was?
Joey: Well, she graduated high school!

    • Rachel: (About her and Chandler) We are dessert stealers! We're living outside the law!

    • Joey: I got a big day at work. You know I'm in a coma? Today they do this test on me, and it turns out I'm not brain-dead.
      Chandler: So...
Joey: No, hang on there, smart guy, it's just my character who's not brain-dead!

    • Phoebe: That's really beautiful. What does it mean?
David: "Please clean my beakers." I don't get out of the lab much.

    • Monica: You invite my brother, you invite my whole family, and not me? Why? Why wouldn't you want me at your wedding? What could I have possibly done?
      Stuart!
Frannie: I believe you know my husband.
Ross: So it's really a question of who could you have possibly done.

    • Monica: Here's Frannie. Hmm, won't she be happy to see me?
Ross: Now wait a minute, you be nice! All right? I didn't bring you here so you can ambush her.
Monica: Frannie was the one who found your Playboys and showed them to mom.
      Ross: That bitch!

    • Monica: I'm Monica Geller. How do you know the bride and groom?
The Wedding Guest: Oh, I used to work with Frannie.
Monica: Used to work with her. Used to! I'm a relative and I didn't get invited. A blood relative. Blood!
Ross: Stop saying blood to strangers.

    • Chandler: Well, thank you for lunch.
Rachel: What? Wait a minute, I didn't pay, I thought you paid!
Chandler: So apparently we just don't pay for food anymore.

    • Monica: I can't believe this! From the ages of seven to nine, Frannie and I were inseparable!
Chandler: Well, maybe since the age of nine, Frannie has made some new friends!
Monica: Do you want to make some new friends?

    • Rachel: She could be gone for months.
Chandler: By then, the cheesecake will have gone bad. We wouldn't want her to come back to bad cheesecake.
Rachel: No, that could kill her.
Chandler: Well, we wouldn't want that!
Rachel: No, but we should hurry.
      Chandler: Why?
Rachel: Because I think I just heard her moving around in there.
      Chandler: Go, go, go!

    • Chandler: But I already opened the box, and you can't return the box after you've opened the box.
      Rachel: Why not?
Chandler: (Whining) Because it's too delicious!

    • Joey: Aw! Mel Torme died.
Monica: Joey, that paper's like a year old!
