Trivia: After Rachel has the baby and Emma is being passed around to all of them, Chandler is the only one not to hold her, even though he is her uncle.
Trivia: A robotic baby is used in the scene when they pass around the baby after Rachel gives birth.
Trivia: When Rachel gives birth, you see a weird substance on the baby. That substance is grape jelly.
In this episode we see that Joey is playing Dr Drake Ramorey on Days of Our Lives, however in a previous episode, "The One With Joey's New Brain", it is shown that the only reason Joey is back on the show is because he now has a woman's brain. The fact that he is now a woman in a man's body is also mentioned in "The One With the Cheap Wedding Dress". This would mean that he technically is no longer Dr Drake Ramorey even though he appears as him onscreen, even if he wasn't meant to be Dr Ramorey then how has Jessica Lockhart, who's brain he has, gained all this medical knowledge?
Goof: When Ross is messing around in the other bed in the semi-private room, while his legs are in the air you can see a white speck on the bottom of his shoe. When the camera angle changes, the speck is gone. The speck continues to appear and disappear throughout the scene.
Goof: When Monica asks if Phoebe wants to see something funny, Phoebe leans forward. When the camera angle changes, Phoebe's suddenly leaning back again.
Continuity: At the red carpet Chandler seems to be very excited about all the photographers. However, in "The One with the Engagement Picture" he is incapable of smiling in a picture.
Continuity: Joey says that Chandler always supported his career, but in "The One With Joey's Big Break" they have a fight because Chandler was not supporting him.
Goof: When Monica and Phoebe are first betting about Rachel's baby, Phoebe unscrews the cap of a water bottle and brings the bottle to her lips. In the next shot she is again seen unscrewing the bottle.
Goof: A microphone is visible above Rachel right after she says "Hey, you're back from your date!"
Trivia: This episode mirrors "The One with Joey's Interview", two episodes earlier. Both episodes involve an interview in which it is feared that the one being interviewed (Joey/Chandler) will screw up simply by being himself. In both cases, although they manage to get through the interviews successfully, immediately afterward, they screw up anyway.
Goof: When Rachel plays with the dinosaur toys, she's near to the walls in the back part of the apartment. In the next scene, when she wishes they have a good time, she's standing behind the couch with no time to walk there.
Goof: When Monica and Joey enter the cooking class, the teacher walks by them. When the camera angle changes, the teacher walks by them again.
Goof: Monica says she has Rachel's mom's number in her book and that she would call her. However, she doesn't use her book. She dials the number in the phone as if she memorized, without looking in the book.
Trivia: Rachel says her nanny taught her to say "Tu madre es loca," which is Spanish for "Your mother is crazy."
Goof: At the end of the episode when Ross is telling Rachel that she will be a great mother, he leans forward and puts his hands on her legs while Rachel is sitting upright. When the camera angle changes, Rachel is leaning back in the cushions with her hands on her belly and Ross's hands are not on her legs.
Goof: At the end of the episode, a blue-green mat can be seen in the background after Monica falls and bites her tongue.
When Phoebe asks Rachel what if she wants anything, she says that she wants a chamomile tea and a blueberry muffin. However, she was listening to Joey when he said that he wanted all of the muffins.
Goof: Since the Gellers told the people at the party that Ross and Rachel were married, they should have brought Rachel a wedding ring of some sort--or at least loaned her Judy's. It's so obvious Rachel has no ring on her finger--especially when describing how Ross proposed, and she makes a fist with her left hand and says, "...and the engagement ring was the size of my fist!".
Goof: At the party Rachel says to Ross "I'm not you. This may be the only wedding I'll ever have." Even if it wasn't her dream wedding, she did already have one when she married Ross a few years prior in "The One in Vegas (2)."
