The animated sequence where Walter remembers the password is an homage to Monty Python's Flying Circus' famous non sequitur animated openings. It was produced by Brendan Burch and directed by Greg Franklin (of animation studio 6 Point Harness), who wanted to make a tribute to the original animator, Terry Gilliam.
