In the opening death sequence, Englehart and his friend walk past the dumpster. The I-beam then falls, hitting Englehart in the chest and driving him backward. However, in the next shot, Englehart is pinned to the dumpster. That could only have happened if the dumpster instantly moved behind Englehart as soon as he passed it.
