    http://www.spoilertv.com/2011/06/fringe-john-noble-talks-seasons-3-4.html

Most of the interview is dedicated to Lord of the Rings. However, they do talk a little bit about what John Noble thought of the season finale and what he thinks may happen in season 4.

He said at the time of the interview (don't know when it was. Very recent) that they'll start filming in three weeks, but it's still too early to know what's going to happen, since the writers are writing it.

Double post, but it's been seven days, and I have a new interview with John Noble and Jasika Nicole to offer.

    http://www.spoilertv.com/2011/07/fringe-interview-with-john-noble-and.html

They talk a little bit about the brief plan for season 4. They think it's going to focus a lot on the Observers. But, this is a very fun interview between the two of them.

This just blew my mind. What if that's what Observers are...? People who have been erased from the timeline, and can therefore "travel" through it?

That is exactly my thoughts on this subject.

My guess is he'll eventually be brought back, perhaps with that device from season 1 which can retrieve someone from "anywhere." Maybe anywhere can also be nowhere.

Well Joshua Jackson is supposed to be under contract for next year, so he'll be there. It'll probably be the Olivias that find a way to bring him back, probably some of that "love conquers all" bs.

This is the video aired before the Fringe panel at Comic-Con.

OK, it's a joke. Obviously. But, check out the last "auditioner" and what he's wearing. Is this foreshadowing? Are the producers having a joke at our expense? Is this a hint about next season?

Or is this also a joke?

(For the record, I think the producers are having a laugh at this theory. But, I got a kick out of this video, especially the last one...)

We know that Peter never existed, right? But what about the Peter on the other side? Does he exist? If so, will he still be alive?
It could be very interesting to see what kind of man the other Peter would be. How he would react to the two Walters and Olivias. Would he be different from "our" Peter?
Now this is a storyline I would love to hear more about.......

That might be an interesting way to get Peter back.

Our universe's Peter died (as he did in the A timeline, which we've been following.) However, Walter never crossed over to kidnap Peter, thus creating a timeline B.

The Observer didn't distract Walternate, and he was able to save his son. Peter continued to be raised by Walternate, as his son.

    That's interesting.

    Ah, not true. http://www.tvguide.com/News/MegaBuzz-House-Glee-CSI-1036239.aspx

Apparently Peter did exist, but was removed from the timeline before he was an adult. Kinda curious where they're gonna run with this reality.

Interesting point. So far, I think, the leading theories are the Observers are either Angels or Aliens. But I kinda like your theory better.

Haha. I like mine the best. I mean, really? Aliens? Angels? Okay, those are cute theories, but they just doesn't sound like Fringe.

True, they also don't sound very JJ Abrams. My theory was the Observers are from a third universe, but I think that was kinda killed with the whole revelation of the 2 universes are bound together.

It could be that the Observers are either "The First People" or perhaps really really advanced artificial beings created by the First People. Think Shape Shifters only cooler. That they've been around for millions of years (or whatever) and are ensuring that time is occuring as it should... perhaps from details given to them by the First People (who might include a time-travelling Walter).

So based on what I have read, my theory is that when the observers originally saved walter and peter from the frozen lake it was so he could meet olivia and lead down the path that leads to the Machine and merging both universes. Once he entered the machine and created the door between the two worlds they then removed him from the timeline because he "fulfilled his purpose."

I can't wait for next season

There are two things to keep in mind:

1- The "Peter" who died (or never existed) is the alt... (whom Walter got as a replacement for his son). So, Walter's son is alive and sick in some past, somewhere. (Unless the "science" of Parallel Universes pretends that if someone dies in one Universe then his/her alts die in every other Universes...)

2- Olivia has some strange powers that have not been fully exploited yet (like traveling across the Universes).

Those two elements may play an important role in the next season...

[Let's just hope that we won't find out that they're all dead (or "non-existent" in some observer's experiment) like it happened in Lost... I don't trust J.J. Abrams anymore.]

I saw a promo on last night's repeat that I thought was absolutely beautiful. My computer is a POS, and it's on it's last legs, or I'd be looking it up on youtube to link.

But, the promo showed Peter and Olivia in various scenes where they were looking at each other lovingly--all past scenes--and the captions were something like "Theirs is an epic journey." But, in every scene, the promo guys edited it so that Peter would dissolve, leaving Olivia alone. At the end, is Olivia's statement from the released clip saying that she feels like there's a hole inside her.

I thought it was a beautiful promo. You got to admit, Fox has been doing some awesome promos for Fringe all along.

    ETA: Found it! Enjoy.

    New Promo.

(By the way, did anyone else see the web promo videos "Fringe: Past+Present+Future" narrated by John Noble? There are 12 parts. Except for the very last one, part 12, it's everything that we know. But, it's interesting to review three seasons.)
