This is a reference to the next episode, "Fracture," where the goal of Project Tin Man was to combat the effects of CYANOGEN, a nerve gas with a chemical formula made up of two cyanide (CN) groups linked together (NC-CN), and alludes to the fact that the CN-related explosion occurred in a train station.
