      • Neil: Brooke Vandenberg, welcome to the studio.
Brooke: It's a pleasure to be here Neil.
Neil: What do we owe this pleasure too, is it some sort of an attempt to make Frontline seem more feminine?
Brooke: (laughs politely) No no no, it's not that at all, Mike is tied up today. But we've got a fascinating story coming up tonight, it's the Queen mum's 75th year in public life.

      • Mike: What does insipid mean?

      • Brian: We've been through this so many times mate and there's only one John Clarke.
Marty: Weren't you going to ring him?
Brian: Yeah I've organised a meeting.
        Marty: Excellent!
Mike: Hey, I don't think we should be poaching people from other networks.
Brian: (to Mike) We poached you.
Marty: You're right, we shouldn't poach people.

      • Elliott: (singing)
The U.N. said what's going on here?
Commies with bombies, that's what we fear.
No reactors, that's what we fear,
        or it's goodbye North Korea
        Armageddon's getting near
They're making bombs that what we hear
So let's kick them in the Rear
        and say Goodbye North Korea
Goodbye North Korea - CHA CHA CHA
