Full Frontal

Show Summary

Full Frontal was developed in 1993 and it was a spin off to the show Fast Forward which ended in 1992. The show aired on Channel 7 Australia then it was cancelled in 1997. In 1998, another show replaced it with some of the same actors and some new ones called "Totally Full Frontal" which lasted until 1999.

Full Frontal will rip off any show they get a chance to and they often rip of such shows as: Sale of the Century, The 7:30 Report, Sport's Tonight, The Price is Right, Wheel of Fortune They also rip off movies and try to deliberately make them look very cheap with visible strings and obviuolsly model sized props.

They also have their own shows like:
*Australian National Nightly Network News (ANNNN) - A weekly news program with humorous stories and weather reports
*Parko's Good Sports - Teaching us about sports hosted by Narelle Parkinson and the destructive Milo Kerrigan
*David McGahans World - Hosted by David McGahan, this teaches us about everyday objects with weird twists

Some characters that were specially created for Full Frontal are:
*Narelle Parkinson - Host of the ANNNN and often hosts other shows like "Parko's Good Sports"
*Ian Goodings - Host of the ANNNN, often pronounces 'S' as an 'X' sound
*Milo Kerrigan - A Mentally challenged character who is very destructive on "Parko's Good Sports" always destroying the set
*Phil Toinby - The ANNNN ex-weather man who no-one liked and occasionally destroyed the weather map with his sent-in-by-viewers pointers. Nicknames are "Phily" or "The Toinster"
*David McGahan - Previously on ANNNN but now hosts his own show "David McGahans World" where he documents on everyday things
*Leon - This guy used to say that everything is "crap" on 'A Current Affair' until he found a new direction in life and never wanted to say it again but gets Ray to say it
*Neville - A wierd guy always coming into the studio of 'A Current Affair' with his "lovely defacto wife Buella" and always suggesting that Ray take his hair off and always saying about having nude events at their home

  • Great Australian Comedy!

    9.0
This show set the stage for some great Australian Talant. Eric Bana was the infamous "Poita" (Peter), a typical Aussie bloke of the 80's who smokes, drinks, has a mullet & swears.

Milo Kerrigan was another great character in the show (played by Shaun Macallif). An absolute cack of a clumsy blubbering idiot who always had a demented smile on his face.

Some great jokes came from ANNN (Australian Nightly Network News). "And now a quick look at the weather (*Looks up at sky*)". Funny as!

I think it only aired for 5 years until it was changed to Totally Full Frontal.

If you like this show you will like others such as Skithouse & Fast Forward.

    Great Australian Comedy.
