  • An episode that's kind of boring.

    7.7
This episode was just average because it was boring at most parts. Like the part about D.J. and Steve's relationship and the way Danny reacts. Most parents do have that typical shocking reaction when they find out that their child's in love with someone, and that part was very boring. However, the really funny part about this episode was the sub-plot: Jesse and Joey's first day on the radio station. Jesse was taking too many cold pills and staying up all night, so he was really sleepy by the time they got to the radio station, and his reactions was really funny.

Overall, when I watched the first part of episode I would've rated only a 6, but for Jesse's storyline, the rating would rise to a 7.7.moreless
  • One of the worst FH episodes. It was very boring.

    1.4
Lovers and Other Tanners was a very boring and bad episode of Full House. It wasn't funny. The subplot with Jesse, Joey, Michelle, Steph, Becky, and the twins was pretty good, but the main plot with Danny, DJ, Steve, and Kimmy was extremely boring. It almost made me fall asleep. Steve tells DJ that he loves her and DJ tells Steve she loves him back. Danny tells Vicky that he loves her and she tells him she loves him back. So, it was very boring and nothing special happened. • I love you you love me we're a happy family

    6.3
I love you you love me we're a happy family. This was a very boring episode. Of course almost every parent reacts the same way Danny did. and then realises how wrong they were. Yet how important it is to keep family and friends and school going. It was like and????? The only saving grace for this episode was Jesse. He was very funny in his acting from taking to much cold medicine.moreless

    • Danny: You know where D.J. is?
Steve: I haven't seen her since you were yellin' at her.
Danny: Hey, I do not yell. I guide. And when I was done guiding, she ran out.
Steve: Oh, man. She must be really freaked.
Danny: You really care about D.J., don't you?
Steve: I love her, Mr. Tanner.
Danny: I wish 2 would stop usin' that word. What you mean is, you want what's best for her. Right?
      Steve: Absolutely.
Danny: Great. Then I'd like you to stop seeing her.
Steve: I can't do that. D.J.'s the best thing that ever happened to me.

    • Danny: It sounds like you and Steve are getting pretty serious.
D.J.: Oh, I don't know. I just wonder how much he really likes me.
Danny: He's over here every day.
      D.J.: That's because you're a good cook.
Danny: Sweetheart, that boy would eat lint.

    • D.J.: I love Steve, and he loves me.
Danny: What?! You're 15 years old. You're not in love!
      D.J.: You don't know how I feel!
Danny: I know that your head has been in the clouds. You haven't been paying any attention to your schoolwork, and you've been neglecting all your responsibilities, like picking up your little sister.
      D.J.: I said I was sorry.
Danny: Well, I'm sorry, too, because I don't want you and Steve seeing each other anymore.
      D.J.: You can't do that.
      Danny: I just did.
D.J.: Well, I don't care. Because I'm gonna see Steve whenever I want, and you stop me. (exits)

    • Stephanie: Dad, if I found something valuable on the way home from school, would I be entitled to a reward?
Danny: Maybe. Depends on how valuable it is.
Michelle: (walks in) Okay, who forgot to get me?
      Stephanie: Pay up.
      Danny: D.J.?
      D.J.: Oh, no! Michelle!
      Michelle: You.

    • (last lines)
      D.J.: Are you kinda lightheaded?
      Danny: Yeah.
      D.J..: Is your heart pounding?
      Danny: Like a bongo.
      D.J.: What about your stomach?
Danny: Feel like I'm gonna hurl.
      D.J.: It's the best, isn't it?
