  • A clear sign...

    4.0
This is the clear sign of Full House is showing signs of getting old is when they bring in a new baby or in this case babies. The Tanner kids especially Michelle is older and they wanted to go back to the beginning where there was a baby for the cute factor.
  • I loved it!

Rock the Cradle was an awesome episode of Full House. It was so funny. In this episode, Becky learns that she's pregnant. What a great season finale. This was actually a perfect season finale. Becky thinks that she's only gonna have one baby, but in the next episode, they learn that she's gonna have twins. Becky said that she doesn't want to know if it's a boy or a girl until they are born. My favorite part of the episode was when they were playing picture shrades. Big Bird! Ha ha ha Michelle was so funny. Don't have a cow! Ha ha ha!!moreless

in my objective, this was one of the funniest episodes on full house through out the season. i'd give it a million thumbs WAY UP!!!!!!!!!! my favorite part was when joey said, " well she's defitnetly iron deficient". when becky told everyone she was pregnant. if any people who have never seen the show before and they watch it, they'll fall in love with the show and they'd wanna watch it again and again. i just think everyone would just love this show and they will tell everyone and those people will watch it and will never stop watching it. that's it.moreless
  • Baby corn, Baby back ribs....

    9.2
I thought this episode was well written I loved how Becky tried to tell Jesse about her being pregnant. That was so funny and romantic. And when the family was in the living room and Jesse came down stairs they all thought Jesse knew and the conversation was so funny. Then the picture game was also funny. This was a very well written episode and really worth watching and rewatching.
  • Did Michelle rename them Bert & Ernie whent hey learned about the twins the next episode? :-)

    9.5
Some parents like to have speical names for their baby till they choose a name. Michelle deciding to call it Big Bird is just one of many awesome things in this heartwarming episode that shows how Jesse and Becky have grown int heir relationship, wanting to give for each other instead of only thinkign about what each wants to do. Yeah, Jesse's really excited about his band tour, but if Becky tells him right away that mighthave changed. Michelle's imaginary friend was funny, too. Stephanie isn't revealed to have had any, ironically, but that was right aroudn the time of Pam's death,a nd to her, Mr. bear is still kind of real anyway, so that's not mistake at all. The adults wisely don't refer to Mr. bEar as imaginary. (And besides, he's real, he's just full of stuffing.)moreless

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

    • Jesse says "9-ft. yellow Muppet" about the upcoming baby which Michelle temporarily calls "Big Bird", but Big Bird himself is only 8 feet.

  • QUOTES (11)

    • Rebecca: Jess, I know how much this tour means to you, and I don't want you to give that up. And that's what this marriage is about--making each other's dreams come true.
Jesse: Well, you've already made one of my dreams come true.
Rebecca: So you're happy about having the baby right now?
Jesse: Of course I am! I mean, we didn't plan it, but yes, I'm so happy, I......thanks for making me a daddy.
Rebecca: Thanks for making me a mommy.

    • Jesse: (about his wife's pregnancy) You think I'm ready to raise a little kid?
Michelle: You're doing a very good job with me.

    • Jesse: (reacts to the pillow Rebecca placed under her shirt to make her look really pregnant) Whoa! Boy, this pregnancy thing sure happens fast!
Rebecca: Honey, will you still love me when I look like this?
Jesse: Oh, of course. And it'll be great too, because I'll have a place to set my popcorn when we watch TV.

    • Rebecca: Jess, do you notice a theme running through this meal?
Jesse: Oh, there's a theme? Oh, great, I love themes! All right, let's see. We've got baby shrimp, baby ribs, baby corn.....honey! Finger foods! Beautiful, I love them!
Rebecca: Wow, nothing gets past you.

    • Michelle: (about her imaginary friend)) Glenn wants to know where babies come from.
      Joey: Um....Cleveland.
Danny: Michelle, honey, we've talked about how babies come from mommies' tummies.
Michelle: Glenn wants to know how the baby sleeps in there.
Danny: Oh, well, um....he sleeps kind of on a cozy little waterbed.
      Michelle: Oh.
Danny: You tell Glenn that if he has any more questions, he should ask his invisible parents.

    • Danny: Becky, you got off the phone with the doctor, you said "You're kidding!" over and over to him, and you've been living on beef jerky for 3 whole days. It doesn't take a genius to know what's going on.
      Joey: Yeah, she's obviously iron-deficient.
Danny: (to Joey) And you're obviously brain-deficient. Joey, Rebecca is pregnant.
      Joey: (loudly) Pregnant?
      Danny: (hastily) Shh!
(the girls barge in from the kitchen)
      Girls: Pregnant?!
      Stephanie: Who's pregnant?
Joey: (to cover up Rebecca's pregnancy) Uh... I am. (sticks out his stomach)
Michelle: (who don't get it) Way to go, Joey!

    • (Rebecca is trying to break the news via Win, Lose, or Draw by drawing a picture of a baby in a blanket)
Jesse: She's having... a hot dog!
      Rebecca: (finally cracks) N0!
Jesse: What? It's clearly a bun with a weinie stickin' out with a happy face.
Rebecca: No. Jess, it's not "She's having a hot dog", it's "She's having a baby", and the "she" is me! I'm having a baby!!
Jesse: (to Danny, Joey, and the girls) Oh, ya hear that? Ya hear that? She's havin'... (reacts) WHAT??!! (to Rebecca) You're havin' a baby?!

    • (Jesse faces a dilemma of whether he should go on tour or stay with Rebecca who is pregnant)
Michelle: (trying to help Jesse solve his dilemma) Eeny meeny miney mo, catch a tiger by the toe, if he hollers let him go...you better stay with Big Bird.

    • Rebecca: It's a movie title.
Jesse: That's simple. Dances With Cheese.

    • Jesse: Im gonna be a dad!? How did this happen? (quickly says) Well I know how it happened.

    • Jesse: Michelle what are you doing up?
Michelle: I didn't get to say good night to Big Bird.
      Rebecca: Big Bird?
      Jesse: Thats our baby.
Rebecca: You named our baby Big Bird?
Jesse: Yeah, just until we find out if it is a girl or a boy or a 9-foot yellow Muppet.

  • NOTES (3)

  • ALLUSIONS (1)
