Finally, the fated day has arrived for Mitsuki's life to end. However, if she does die, she wants to end it with a bang, and if she remains alive, she wants to start a new life with Takuto, who'll eventually lose his memories completely. Everyone that has appeared throughout the anime has taken some role within this concert. Madoka even made a guest appearance and sang her up beat version of Eternal Snow as the opener. When Full Moon's turn was up, Takuto was still unable to transform Mitsuki into Full Moon. The room paniced, but Mitsuki told them she'll be fine with singing within her twelv year old form. However, Meroko sacrificed her hair in order to lend Takuto's his powers, allowing Full Moon to emerge. When the crowd exploded as Full Moon sang the opening words to Eternal Snow, Takuto asked Meroko who he was and why he's here...

This really was an exciting episode. My heart really was pounding throughout the whole thing since at any given time, Mitsuki could have died right there in the spot, and her plans to leave the earth in dramatic fashion would have been in turmoil. It was pretty exciting to see the entire cast, even Madoka, somehow affiliate themselves with the concert. I'm always touched by get togethers. The part where Takuto couldn't transform Mitsuki was really surprising, because before that scene, Takuto aluded to the fact that the flower of forgetfulness worked, but his memories managed to remain intact. Though I knew from that point on, they were going to pull through, and when the camera focused more on Meroko, it would be her who would save the day. It is true what she said; a girl's hair is her treasure, so it was surprising to see her sacrifice it. What was even more touching was when Takuto finally did forget his memories. It really didn't want to make me cry, but it was just emotionally moving.moreless
