Shining gundam was totaled earlier in the series and was replaced by burning gundam for the finals. But in this episode Domon calls on shining gundam to fight some thugs (so it was not an offical match) but burning gundam appears.

Reply. Domon did not borrow Burning Gundam. His colony of Neo Japan with Shining Gundam at the beginning of the gundam fight and they made Burning Gundam for the final rounds of the Gundam Fight. Domon received Burning Gundam from his colony right before the final rounds when he needed it when Shining Gundam was severely damaged.

In case if you don't know, Domon borrows Burning Gundam (from whom I forget), and Shining Gundam is his own.

When calling his Gundam, Domon says "Rise, SHINING gundam," instead of "Rise BURNING gundam."
