Episode Recap

A Viper encounters a new type of Cylon fighter. It narrowly manages to escape being destroyed. They scan the Cylon ship and find that the Cylon inside is in the shape of a human, so they decide that they must stop it from getting to the fleet.

Doctor Zee tells Adama that an unpowered ship has been detected floating towards Earth and that it must be the missing Viper. He tells Adama to have Troy and Dillon intercept the ship when it lands before Earth's defenses do.

Troy and Dillon watch a science fiction movie with the children. Troy gets a page from his grandfather who tells him to get to a private place to receive more details.

Colonel Sydell gets word that there is a large, unidentified object falling to Earth, expected to land in the middle of New York.

The scouts are in an observatory and learn about the solar system. Dillon and Troy meet Jamie who tells them that the object has been detected by every observatory in the world. They tell her that it is not Russian, but theirs. They warn that Cylons may be getting close. Jamie tells them that Colonel Briggs of the USAF is looking for them, so they should not use their Vipers to get to New York. They decide to leave the kids at Billy's camp until they get back.

Dillon and Troy get to the airport. They pick up their tickets under the names Jones and Smith. They get on and take off without trouble. Later on, a foreign couple hijacks the plane. The woman is really a man in disguise, their baby is plastic, and the buggy is a disassembled weapon. They take the stewardess hostage and demand the plane redirected to Cuba. Troy uses his arm device to trigger the oxygen masks to distract the hijackers, then the guys stun them. The co-pilot comes back to see what's going on and finds the hijackers unconscious. A boy tells him that Dillon and Troy zapped the hijackers with a "flashing light". The co-pilot asks the stewardess to tell the captain to have authorities waiting at their destination to pick up the hijackers and to question Dillon and Troy.

The missing Viper has been found and the pilots will survive. One of the pilots reports to Doctor Zee and Adama that they encountered a new Cylon vessel. They realize that the ship that is landing on Earth is a Cylon ship!

Dillon and Troy complain about how long it is taking to travel a mere 3,000 miles. Their frustration is worsened when their arrival is delayed.

Colonel Sydell gets an approximate location for the ship's landing. He is upset that they know nothing about it and suspects that it is not from Earth.

Doctor Zee tells Adama that the Cylons have developed new machines and evolved in the past 30 years. Adama realizes that the Cylons have not simply destroyed them because they wish to experiment with their new machines, using the Galactica as targets.

The Cylon ship approaches Earth. There are two humanoid Cylons and two old-fashioned ones. They calculate the chances of landing successfully.

The stewardess tells the flight that despite the delay, they will arrive in time for their Halloween parties. Another one tells Dillon and Troy to head to the front when they land to speak with the authorities and the reporters who will want to interview them since they are heroes.

The plane lands in New York and the flight attendant leads them to the front. They ask to use the restroom to freshen up for the cameras. They engage their cloaks in the restroom and sneak out, around the police, off the plane, through the reporters, and outside the airport. They get in a cab and head north.

The Cylon ship gets closer to Earth. They pick up television signals and set their destination for the closest transmission tower. They calculate the odds of surviving a landing to be less than 3% but begin landing procedures anyway. Colonel Sydell gets news that the ship will land soon. The Cylons crash hard. One of the humanoid Cylons, Andromedus, survives as does one of the Centurions. The humanoid is damaged but is helped by the Centurion. The guys get out of the taxi and head for the crash site on foot. The Centurion pulls Andromedus out from under the wreckage and they set the self-destruct to prevent their technology from falling into human hands. They are now trapped on Earth alone. Andromedus is confident that they have an advantage because the Earth humans do not know of Cylons or the Galactica. He is also confident that he can blend in due to his human form; the Centurion however, does not fit in. The Centurion "Century" detects life forms approaching, so they leave.

Dillon and Troy arrive to find the ship about to explode. They barely make it out in time. Police cars arrive on the scene and find the guys. They suspect the guys are drug dealers and arrest them. They find one of their weapons and fire it at a tree which then explodes. The guys spin around and zap the policemen and jump in a car to escape. They detect that a weak Cylon distress call was sent and determine that the Cylons are trying to get to a more powerful transmitter to send for help.

Century and Andromedus walk down a street in the dark. A car with two people in costumes stops next to them and thinking that they are party-goers in impressive costumes, offers the Cylons a lift. The Cylons get in the car.

Dillon and Troy detect that the Cylons are moving away from them faster, that they must be in a vehicle.

Shirley tells the Cylons that they must go with her and Norman to a Halloween party where Wolfman Jack will be. Norman is the general manager of a 150,000 watt radio station, exactly where Andromedus is heading.

The guys hear a police bulletin about themselves.

Andromedus tells Shirley that he would like to meet their friend Wolfman Jack and to see the radio station.

Troy tries to evade the police when another police car begins pursuing them.
