Odie is disrupting Garfield's nap, so Garfield gives in and throws a stick for Odie to fetch. The stick ends up landing in a milk truck, so Odie follows it to a milk factory, but ends up on the assembly line with the bottles! He sees the stick in one of the milk bottles which are being shipped by train, so Odie climbs aboard the train. A man on the train finds him, and gives Odie some milk because he looks so tired, but throws the stick out of the train! Odie finds it in a squirrel's hole, but leaves it for the squirrel's nest.
