      • Golden Cup The Golden Cup building is a play on the "Silvercup Building," a landmark in New York City. Besides "Golden Cup" presumably being a reference to the Holy Grail, the Silvercup Building is the scene of the climactic showdown between Connor MacLeod and the Kurgan in Highlander - Clancy Brown, who plays the Kurgan, is also Wolf and Hakon in the series.

      • Elisa's Halloween costume
        For her Halloween costume, Elisa is wearing exactly the same dress that Belle wore in the ballroom scene of Disney's Beauty and the Beast (appropriate, since she was on a date with her own 'Beast').
