    • TRIVIA (2)

      • Trivia: Matt Bluestone discovers the existence of the Gargoyles in this episode, though his relationship with them never blooms as well as Elisa's.

      • After Goliath rescues Matt from falling down the elevator shaft, we see Mace Malone shimmy up the elevator cord, and then he jumps back onto the room where he and Matt were watching Goliath climb up the shaft. However, Mace sort of misses, and lands on his stomach on a patch of jagged glass that's sticking up. Shouldn't his stomach have been cut open?

    • QUOTES (4)

      • Matt: For a man pushing a hundred, you're amazingly well-preserved. How accommodating of the Society to provide its senior members with rejuvenation drugs.
Mace Malone: You should see the dental plan.

      • Mace: (eye twitches) I'm close, so close! Just one more door... just one more door... just one more door, and I'm home free!

      • Matt: It's time we talk, Goliath - man to gargoyle.

      • Mace Malone: Welcome to the Hotel Cabal. Although we've served a wide variety of guests over the years, you're our very first gargoyle. Tamper, temper. I'd pace myself, if I were you. From here on out, things only go from bad to worse.
