Glasses: That wacko dame took a dive!
Dracon: Go! Go! Get us down there fast! (darkly) Maybe we can scoop some gems off the street...
Dominic: (Reading Malone's note) I'm sorry D.D, you still haven't learned, Crime Doesn't Pay, your old partner Mace.
Broadway: So, Matt's missing, huh?
Elisa: The way you were glued to the TV, I'm surprised you could hear me.
Broadway: Ears like these don't miss much.
Broadway: You made one mistake, Dracon. You messed with my partner.
Dracon: Not you guys again.
Broadway: When someone messes with your partner, you're supposed to do somethin' about it.
Elisa: Well, you know Matt. Maybe he took personal time to look for Bigfoot or something.
Broadway is the only main Gargoyle to appear in this episode. All of the other main Gargoyles, even Goliath, are absent, although Brooklyn and Lexington are mentioned by Broadway at the beginning of the episode.
Originally GF Benton was really nothing more than a CPA. The idea to make him Dominic Dracon was done to give Elisa her own antagonist (as Broadway had Dracon and Matt had Joey).
Continuality from "Deadly Force": In the beginning of this episode, we see Elisa locks her gun in a box.
Dracon has a white streak running through his hair that makes him look like a skunk. Series creator Greg Weisman asked for this in order to give the character a more distinctive look. His explanation is that Dracon's first encounter with the gargoyles in "Deadly Force" scared him so much that his hair turned white!
Broadway: When someone messes with your partner, you're supposed to do something about it.
Broadway is paraphrasing Sam Spade from Dashiell Hammett's novel, The Maltese Falcon.
Martin Hacker: He called me last week with a lead on the Illuminati Society. Well, according to Matt, it's a secret organization that's so powerful that it's supposed to be running the world.
The 'real' Illuminati Society was founded by Adam Weishaupt in Bavaria on May 1, 1776. within a few years it was shut down by the authorities.
Elisa: Well, you know Matt. Maybe he took personal time to look for Bigfoot or something.
The Bigfoot is presumed to be a large primate which inhabits the backwoods of the US Pacific Northwest and southwestern Canada.
