The cooler water in darkplace is contaminated (and is also bright green)one by one its turns the staff into apes.(with really bad prostetics)

Dag only avoids this fate by a series of contrivances which conviently prevent him drinking his water.

After being attacked he wakes up in the bosses office several weeks later .He discovers the hospital is run by nazi apes and resolves to find the source of the infection.

In a store room they find the source. An ape pissing in to the cooler water containers.

They give chase on bmx bikes and eventually run him to ground. Alls well that ends wells Another aburd classic

i will leave you with the best line of the entire series.

FILTER BY TYPE

  • TRIVIA (1)

  • QUOTES (10)

    • Rick Daglass: I figure the following, Sanch is regressing to homo neanderthalensis. Right now Sanch your homo erectus, but who knows how long you've got.

Sanchez: I appreciate you being straight with me.

Reed: And you and I are homo sapiens...

      Daglass: Correct.

Reed: But if we're all basically homos, shouldn't we all get along?

    • Lucien Sanchez: Not my fault, monkey bastard hands!

    • Garth Marenghi: I realized that man needs to keep in touch with his primal urges, whether through sport or through violent movies. Otherwise, we'd end up like Bill Wyman.

    • Dean Learner: (About Madeleine Wool) It's so hard to watch this episode knowing that she is now missing presumed dead. With the presumption heavily on dead.

    • Rick Dagless: 2, 3, 4, 5? Oh yeah, I shot Duncan.

    • Dean Learner: I punched one of the child actors on set because they were rude about Garth's writing. It's more of a back of the hand than a punch, but they came up in a big red bruise, someone took a photo of it, blah, blah, blah, cry, cry, cry, I don't see it as a problem.

    • Garth Marenghi: In Black Fang I asked, what if a rat could drive a bus?

    • Dean: She was like a candle in the wind - unreliable.

    • Garth: I know writers who use subtext, and they're all cowards. What I was asking in that scene was, if the government continues to pay doctors peanuts, could they literally turn into monkeys? And no-one's asked that before.

    • Dagless: I'll come straight to the point - where does the church stand on the matter of evolution?
Padre: Monkeys were created by God to entertain us. That's all we know.

  • NOTES (1)

    • Rick fires 6 shots – 2 to kill the apes outside the store room, 3 into the air during the struggle with Sanchez and 1 to knock all the boxes onto Sanchez. Yet earlier when he counted his bullets he only had 5.

  • ALLUSIONS (1)

    • The dream that Rick has is a parody on Joan of Arc: The Messenger. There are all the apes running past him, in Joan of Arc wolves charge past her after she looks one way then the other in the wood where she sees her visions as a child.
