    I honestly do not understand the low ratings for this television series. Gary Unmarried's second season has been great, with this episode being the best thus far.

    From start to finish, from top to bottom, from character to character, just a really well-written episode. Every scene was funny with Jay Mohr really coming off like a big-time star, and Rob Riggle and Keegan Michael Key contributing as well. Keegan is really on his way to becoming one of the funniest African-American comedians on TV and is not too far behind JB Smoove on Curb Your Enthusiasm in that regard.

    I just do not understand what some people expect from television anymore. This is way better than anything How I Met Your Mother has done in ages.moreless

    Gary Unmarried may not be the most talked about show in town, but the folks making it sure do know how to write a comedy show. The story here was simple. Gary, Mitch, and Curtis want to get laid, and head out to a ladies nightclub as a final outing before Mitch is shipped off to Iraq. Allison points out that Gary can't pull off an one night stand, as the only thing he wants from a woman is food, TV, and a couch. Gary in an attempt to refute that hooks up with Lea and to his surprise, she offers him sandwiches, Scorcese movies, and sex without him moving from the couch. This episode might be Rob Riggle's last, and perhaps had the best jokes from him so far. The final scene where he mentions he had around 100 gallons of alcohol and made out with the last person in the bar, and has suspicions that it might be a a dude or even a possum. Tom also had some funny lines and the cold open where he narrates how he got the doorknob nickname by grabbing some guys junk justifies my theory that simple can be funny.moreless
