Gene decides to take his business partner's thirty year old nephew out on the town in Las Vegas to help cheer him up after learning about his divorce. Gene soon finds out that getting game isn't as easy as it used to be.moreless
  • The kids were funny but the rest was boring.

I usually enjoy the show but this was the worst one yet. Maybe I'm not so facinated with nephew's love life. I guess nothing intersting is going on at the House. Why don't they have more of Nick and his band? How come we don't ever see any of Sophie's friends? Do these kids go to school? Ok, the plastic surgery is over - lets see some family stuff. I'm starting to lose interest in this show. Are these guys really as boring as they seem? Where is the Reality. Things still look staged. Come on you can do better than this. My tongue is just as long as his.moreless
  • Gene Simmon's giving advise on women - Just scary.

Todd, the poor guy is definitely a fish out of water with Gene Simmons in Vegas. He's so pathetic it's just sad. For someone who's not comfortable in front of cameras Todd hanging out with Gene is probably not a good idea. Gene giving dating advise is just plain scary. All you have to do is listen to his kids and sister-in-law. I think Sophie said it best, Gene's the man when it comes to groupies, but dating, he's clueless. We have the adventure to the sex expo, which seemed more Gene's speed then Todd's. Then we have the visit to the sex therapist. It's on the verge of ridiculous. In the end Todd ended up not needing Gene at all. He did just fine on his own. I know alot is played up for the cameras, I just wonder how much.moreless
  • I am continually reminded of why this show is just so great.

While ignoring the fact that Gene is essentially trying to pimp out his manager's recently divorced nephew, Todd, this episode is hilarious. The commentary provided by Nick and Sophie are always fun as they seem to be the level-headed ones with the oft questionable parents. You really have to love the lot of them though as that always shines through. In this episode Gene must fulfill some promotional obligation and attends the Consumer Electronics Show where Rich (his manager) and Todd, Rich's nephew also attend. Having just gone through a divorce Gene tries to give Todd a few tips on how to pick up the ladies and even takes him to a sex therapist. There are even puppets involved. You've got to see it to believe it!moreless
