This episode brings out the comedy routines in full force, but because of the serious nature of the series, fails miserably. It's as if the writers are trying too hard, and that has me turned off. Character development is null save a smidgen in Gawl. The plot is stagnant. I knitted through the entire episode, only looking up when Gawl fought the other Generator.
Where are these other Generators coming from? Why are the trio there? Why does everyone buy the excuses they cook up so easily? Nothing seems realistic, and it's extremely disappointing.
I'd give it a 9/10 once more, for reasons previously stated. The series has got its animation working for it, and not much else. Time to get the ball rolling, this series is already 1/4 complete.moreless
