It's revealed that Angie is Cuban.
George: I don't know why people celebrate birthdays? Congratulations, you're another year closer to death! Here's a tie.
Benny: George, if you expect a dog to bite you, you'll be happy if he only poops on your shoe.
Max: (barges in on George and Angie) Mommy, Daddy stop fighting! You're going to drive me into the arms of some pathetic gang member. (turns to the door) Carmen, was that it?
Benny: You give a kid a big birthday party, you know what comes next? High expectations.
George: You got that right mom
Benny: You think life is going to give you everything you want. You know first you've got the bouncy house and the clowns, but then that's not enough. No. Then you expect to go to high school, and graduate, and get a job. It does not stop there because then you're spoiled. You want somebody there to marry you and love you for the rest of your life. All because your mommy threw you a birthday party.
(George is dancing with Puffnstuff)
Carmen: This is so embarrassing.
Max: Is daddy drunk?
Angie: No Honey. He's just enjoying his first birthday party.
Max: I wish he was drunk. This would make more sense.
Angie: Happy Wednesday. (kisses George on cheek)
Carmen: Oh come on mom, that's not what he wants. Crappy birthday dad!
George: All kids want to be like their dads. I'm a good driver like my dad! The only difference is when I leave for work in the morning, I don't keep going for thirty-five years.
This is the first time we see Amy (Sandra Bullock), who is an executive producer for the show.
