Show Summary

Get Fit, Stay Fit is an exercise series that began production in 2009. Created under the partnership of Ideal Living and Lifetime Fitness, each half-hour show is led by a certified exercise instructor who guides you step-by-step through a wide variety of activities. These sessions are condensed versions of the longer and more rigorous classes currently available for viewing on Lifetime Fitness. Although the series embraces and demonstrates many methods of exercise, it focuses more heavily on holistic activities such as yoga and Pilates. Who needs a gym? Work out your own way, at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home! Even longtime fans of exercise television will learn something new by working out along with these episodes. Whether you are already super fit or are just beginning a new exercise routine, or whether you are an exercise expert or an exercise novice, you have everything to gain by giving Get Fit, Stay Fit a try!
