      • A Tale of Two Cities
        Max and 99 face certain death in a wax museum display presenting a scene from Charles Dickens' classic novel. In the guillotine Max is cast Sidney Carton, the hero of the story was does meet his end by beheading at the end of the novel. 99 is cast in the role ofthe vengeful crone Madame Defarge. Max also channels the 1935 movie adaptation by doing an impression of the movie's star Ronald Colman (Don Adams was quoted as saying the Maxwell Smart voice developed out of a Ronald Colman impression).
