Zak, Nick, and Aaron travel to an abandoned psychiatric hospital somewhere in New Jersey. The hospital was used to keep the criminally insane under prison-like conditions in the early 20th century. The conditions drove patients into even worse madness, murder, and suicide. There have been reports of voices echoing through the halls when there is no one there.

The Ghost Adventures crew didn't reveal the exact location of the condemned psychiatric hospital, out of respect for some of its patients who are still living. However, this is the same psychiatric hospital complex that was openly identified in the investigation of the facility on another paranormal show, Ghost Hunters, in the episode "Garden State Asylum", and then also in the Ghost Hunters Academy episode "Final Exams".
