Zak: (chastising the malevolent spirits in the house) I got no pity for evil spirits who harm innocent people! You have no right, pulling on women's hair, who are trying to clean this place! You have no right picking up 2x4s and throwing them on people's heads!
Zak: (after loudly announcing his presence within the Riddle House) And the reason why we're doing a lot of this provocation in a lot of our investigations is because we're targeting places where people have been injured. I mean, we have ladies we have interviewed that are scared to come back in the house because of fear of being, you know, pulled, being tormented. That's the only time we use provocation. There's no right for bullies in the living or on the other side, the dead.
Zak: (in a haunted room with may antique toys) That doll scares me. I'm not afraid of evil spirits, but I am afraid of weird, demented looking little doll thingies.
Zak: We have not found a person who has not had a paranormal experience inside this Yesteryear Village. Was this village built for the living, or the dead?
Steve Carr: It was built for the living; it seems to accommodate the dead.
