Anton Heyrick, the client from the previous episode continues to act as GHI's local fixer for this episode and was on set while it was being filmed. He was also supposed to be interviewed about being scratched himself while investigating the prison with his team the Christchurch Paranormal Investigators, but they decided that it would seem strange to have him as a client in one episode and a witness in the next. According to him, GHI investigated the prison over two nights, and slept on the premises between shoots as the producers planned all along to use the location for a full episode, rather than splitting time with a second investigation.
