Reports of disturbances in a college student group house are easily explained as acoustics and encounters with neighbors who were drunk at the time. At the Topton House Pub, witnesses have reported that the ghost of a little girl sometimes trips people on the steps and has moved glasses of soda on one table. The daughter of the owner has also smelled roses while in the cellar and heard murmurring voices. The smells and voices are explained, and no evidence is found of any other paranormal activity.
