  • Don't Look Back In Anger...

In this episode, Melinda tries to help this young couple that have just moved in together. The problem is both Melinda's friends and family think she's in the middle of having a meltdown and her special gift is not helping her the way she hoped it would. Normally, Melinda gets visions of the future which help her discover things about the ghosts and other people she is investigating. It turns out though the ghost she's pursuing is also distorting her sense of when a vision ends and when reality begins again. In the end the ghost she tries to help move on to the other side was very angry at her because of a crossing over she did previously in Season One during the plane accident that killed Andrea. This was a very tense and moody episode full of confrontation just like many of the season 5 episodes have been so far. Once again the culprit that whipped everyone up into a frenzy was The Shadows, and now Melinda and Jim are forced to confront what their child means to this unknown entity. The final confrontation is near, and I can't wait to see it!moreless

Is it a dream or not a dream? That is the question on tonight's episode of Ghost Whisperer. As the show's fifth season winds down and the future unlikely, all eyes will be on the season finale and how Melinda will react to her son and his ability to deal with the shadows and the shinies.

While this is not exactly Dexter, Ghost Whisperer is a solid guilty pleasure for anyone bored on a Friday night looking for some good drama. Tonight's episode was a bit confusing with all the "dream/vision" sequences, but was a good story from top to bottom. As I mentioned, this was an okay episode, but hopefully just a setup for what could be an explosive finale.moreless
  • The end is in sight .......

In this episode of Ghost Whisperer, the following happens. When a woman comes into Melinda's store t sell some of her father's belongings, Melinda senses that there is a ghost attached to her. Melinda soon sees her boyfriend's ghost and tells her that he is dead. Then he walks into the store. It turns out that he has a twin brother who died when he was 8 years old and has stayed with his brother ever since. Melinda manages to get the boy to cross over into the light, but damage has already been done. Jim and Melinda seem to have issues in their relationship, mostly about Melinda and Aiden being able to see ghosts. They even discussing "taking" Aiden's gift away from him, something Melinda does not want to do. But they may have no other option, if they want to keep their little boy safe.moreless
  • What a sensational episode!

Ghost Whisperer intensifies this week, with a very memorable and enjoyabel episode. This one featured a ghot who is alive? Yes, it was very confusing for Melinda at the beginning, and they created some really great scenes throughout the episode, with the ghost attacking.

The main storyline also developed well, with Some interesting revelations reagarding Aiden and his future. Can't wait to see how that will all work itself out.

Overall, I found this to be a very amazing episode. I can't wait to see just how Ghost Whisperer will finish off, but I am impatiently awaiting that finale! Great weork, and I wouuld highly recommend this episode!moreless

    • Jim: You don't know how many nights that I have stayed in this house alone waiting for you to come home. You know, knowing that there's nothing I can do to keep you safe from a threat that I can't see or hear or fight. But right now, for Aiden, you're telling me I can? That there's a choice? Honestly, what choice you think I was going to make?

    • Melinda: (About Aiden) This is him. This is his gift, this is who he is.
Carl: Are you sure about that? Are you sure you're not thinking it's not who you are, and you want your child to be the same?
Melinda: What about everything that you said? About this being his destiny? About what he was supposed to come here and do?
Carl: Do you really care about any of that?
      Melinda: Of course I do.
Carl: More than you care about him?

    • Melinda: Are you really trying to scare me?
Carl: I have so few pleasures, you know.
Melinda: Well, I'm glad I could be a source of amusement for you.
