  • A woman is haunted by her husband's ghost.

Call it stunt casting or not, but Hilary Duff made her hyped up guest appearance on Ghost Whisperer tonight. The Lizzie McGuire star is all grown up and despite having the looks of a top Hollywood actress she fails to have the talent of one. Her lines and emotions were butchered and watching her was like watching an 8th grade play.

But the episode was certainly good for what it was and we got a lot of Eli, who provided some funny material to lighten the mood. It's also getting hard for Jennifer Love Hewitt and Jamie Kennedy to hide their budding romance on camera, but I won't hold that against them.
  • A decent entertaing episode

This was a classic good ghost story, humourous Eli comments... Then the accompanying plot of Jim figuring out how to orient himself to the new life he finds himself in. I liked both plots and both were well done. I agree with vodazz that it was "a good filler" episode. I'm not opposed to filler episodes. They are a part of the mix. And, I'm really happy when they are done well, as this was. This was just good solid, classic ghost whisperer, melodrama and all. Not much of Deliah this week. or the store. Not a bad thing to mix up the settings a bit. Worth watching!
  • A good filler episode.

Finally we have another Ghost Whisperer episode. The ghost story was written very well, but maybe it was a bit naive. Of course the most interesting scenes were the ones where Jim tried to find out who he is now and what he should do. I can't imagine how painful it would be to be shouted at from a friend and beeing unable to tell what happened. But of course Jim could use his memories to get his closest friends back. The part when he asked: "how long has Melinda been dating this guy SAM" was really funny.

The only thing that I wish from Ghost Whisperer in the future is: Please don't let the off screen romance of Jennifer and Jamie ruin the story - in this show they are just friends and it shouldn't be changed because all four seasons would be for nothing.
  • Hillary Duff plays a woman haunted by a man that she met in a Cancer Group. Her parents were killed when she was young. She came up with a scheme to marry dying cancer victims for money. The man that was haunting her misunderstood her.

Hillary Duff did a great job. The twist at the end was worth waiting for. She gave away all of the money to the cancer clinic. She loved the man. She spread his ashes during the full moon eclipse. The black widow/Morgan/Hillary Duff was actually in love with the man. It was really sweet to see him go into the eclipse and not the light. Sam/Jim plans to go to medical school. This episode was really good and romantic. The new direction is refreshing. I would love to see how Jim/Sam deal with his new situation. Sweet episode!
