The Ghostbusters change sequence is skipped in this episode for good reason. Mainly because Jake and Eddie are wearing different colored boxer shorts. In this episode, Jake's are powder blue and Eddie's are pink.

Jake summons for the powers of Fuddy's magic for the second time. He asks for super strength, but instead is granted super speed, causing him to move fast enough to travel backward in time, taking Eddie and Tracy along all the way to 1692, joining Futura, who was trapped in that year by Prime Evil.

For the first time, Jake summons the powers of Fuddy the apprentice wizard to help get out of a jam when Prime Evil tries to turn the Ghostbusters into ghosts. He wishes to be invincible, but Fuddy causes him to be invisible which works in Jake's favor, as he has the ability to pass through walls and tamper with Prime Evil's organ, making it backfire against him.

In this episode, Jake is rewarded with the ability to summon the magical powers of Fuddy the apprentice wizard, something he would utilize numerous times in the series. He can only summon the powers when a full moon is present and his requests don't usually work as well as expected.
