    • TRIVIA (4)

      • Goof: When Cobra Commander begins his countdown from 48 hours for his threat to use the Vortex Cone against the U.S., the digital timer seen starts from 48:00:00 to 48:59:59. Then in the next shot, it shows the timer already at 46:28:98.

      • Goof: Lady Jaye starts off the episode disguised as Baroness wearing a black uniform. After she and Flint escape Cobra HQ, they're both wearing blue pilot uniforms. Then after they return to G.I. Joe HQ, Lady Jaye is back in her dark Baroness uniform even though Flint is still in the blue pilot uniform.

      • Goof: When Lifeline is first seen, his helmet is colored white. In a closeup shot with Leatherneck, helmet is red. But when seen again, the helmet is white again.

      • Goof: When Wet Suit embarks on his mission, he's first seen in his regular gray uniform, but when he's first seen underwater, he's seen in orange scuba gear before going back to the gray uniform again.

    • NOTES (2)

      • Starting with this episode, Michael Bell replaces Pat Fraley as the voice of Wild Weasel.

      • This episode may have been written before "Arise, Serpentor, Arise!". Note the appearance of grey Firebats, Roadblock's original uniform, the hooded Cobra Commander, helicopters that look like the prototype in the Tomahawk commercial, and the absence of any mention of Serpentor. But the Joes' recognition of BATs demands that the episode occurred after "Arise, Serpentor, Arise!".
