The Joes stumble upon an oil platform being used by Cobra to try to salvage the anti-matter pod that went down with the USS Flagg and the Cobra helicarrier. The Joes investigate, followed by Zartan and his siblings, but both teams are captured by an insane Cobra cook named B.A. LaCarre.

Goof: Just after LaCarre puts the two teams on trial, a couple of shots of Leatherneck show his moustache flesh-colored.
Goof: Roadblock is pale-skinned just before he pushes Zartan and the twins off the Flagg.
Goof: In the last scene, it briefly looks like General Hawk is in the decompression chamber with the other Joes even though he should have been outside it all along.
(Stuck in the decompression chamber with the continuously bickering Leatherneck and Wet Suit)
Roadblock: How much longer do we gotta be in here, General?
Hawk: Sorry, Roadblock, 16 hours.
B.A. LaCarre: Maybe we should have stayed where we were?
Roadblock: Yeah. Things were a lot more peaceful at the bottom of the ocean. (They laugh)
At various times in this episode, the song "Cold Slither" from the same-titled episode is played.
