Goof: Early in the episode, the neck portion of Serpentor's uniform is missing.
Goof: Duke is seen in a few shots in this episode, but doesn't really appear in this episode.
Goof: Shipwreck shouldn't be promoted to Colonel because they don't have Colonels in the navy.
When Shipwreck gets stuck under the wreckage, all the Joes leave him to possibly to teach him to be more careful in future.
The title is remarkably close to The Most Dangerous Man Alive, the original script for the G.I. Joe movie written by Ron Friend and Buzz Dixon. Dixon also wrote The Most Dangerous Thing In The World.
