Investigative reporter Hector Ramirez believes that Cobra is not a real threat and that G.I. Joe is a drain on taxpayers' money. But Shipwreck takes him on an unauthorized mission into Cobra territory to prove their danger.

This is another comidy episode, I really like this one because I really felt the character Shipwreck was once again at his best.

I'll admit the plot is a little implasible, cmon faking a war well then again there is the film "Wag the Dog" which was about creating a fake war but the plot's not that important and as usual I just rolled with with.

Anyway what make it's really funny is seeing Shipwreck just getting constantly frustraded as well as determined to go in out of his way to prove to the Geraldo Riviera like character Hector Rameriez and his crew that Cobra and the war is real. The highlight/payoff of the whole episode is when Shipwrick is conducting an escape from the Cobra base but then accidently breaks the stolen gas canaster which contain laughing gas. It was just hillarious seeing both the Cobra's and Joe's laugh and how they delivered their lines and things happened around them. I won't give them away but trust me it's comic gold.moreless
