ADD TRIVIA- At the end of the episode when Jackson Farrell is leaving in the boat, the Professor calls him Mr. Jackson when in fact he should have called him Mr. Farrell. Edit
- We know that Gilligan and the Skipper always sleep in hammocks. So how come in this episode they suddenly have stationary beds? Edit
- In the pilot episode they actually had bullets, however, Gilligan actually dropped the box of entire them into the fire. Edit

- This is one of the only episodes that I can remember where after falling prey to Gilligans buffoonary somebody tries to kill him at the end. A wet gun prevents Gilligan from being shot and the bad guys only option is to flee the island Edit
