Gilligan's Island

In this episode when Ginger seduces gilligan he talks about her dress ( the white one that says ss minnow)as being new when its been used in many episodes before this one.

After it is cancled Mary Ann and Mrs Howell meet Mr Howell and his wife for lunch they say that he is getting parkonsins disease and that he is getting old but they are still young

During the run of the show and in the first two movies, the Howells said they never had children. However, in this film their son Thurston IV shows up after all these years.

GILLIGAN puts his shirt on backwards but after 2 shots, it's facing forwards

Mary Ann returns to a fiance who's supposedly been waiting for her since she became stranded on the island. However, episode 54, "The Postman Cometh" made it clear that she did not have a significant other back home.

When the producer is going into Ginger's dressing room to tell her to get back on the set, it's believed Ginger smashes a chair over his head. But look at the shadow...the producer is putting the chair on himself!

In episode 2 "Home Sweet Hut", at the end the hut floats in the lagoon. Why not use the water-proof floors from this hut?

In real life, the ocean (pacific) is SOOOOOOO deep, they'd go under before anyone notices (currents)

On the ocean, they crash into the wall causing they hay to fall out, but later, the wall's fine and there's no sign of loose hay.

The castaways say that they need to build floors, but they never do.

They say "Ooga, Ooga, Ooga" dancing but the C.C. reads "Ooba, Ooba, Ooba".

The spot above the first F is gone, then there, then gone, then it's there again.

The plate should have made an enormous explosion, given the amount of plastique involved -- instead it's shown making a smaller blast radius than the golf balls.

In the final scene, the monkey throws a regular plate at the professor, Gilligan, and the Skipper. They think it's was one of the plastic plates and strike the three monkey pose,(See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil).

After Burt is released from prison, the pigeon heads back to the island and a shot of the castaways on the island is shown. However, the shot is the shot of the castaways sitting at the beach that is seen in the closing credits. Cheap!

The Professor said, "Birds are a spider's worst enemy, even if the spider is gargantuan." He forgot that some spiders eat birds.

When Skipper feeds mango pie to the pigeon, you can see birdseed fall out of his hand.

This episode has the last dream sequence of the series. There were seventeen in all because there were four in "St. Gilligan and the Dragon". It is the fourteenth episode with a dream sequence.

The Professor, before Skipper and Gilligan bring another tablet, says he needs 8 more, meaning nine, but then after he has 3 of them, he says 7 more instead of 6. 7+3=10, not 9.

Jim Lefebvre and Al Ferrara were members of baseball's Los Angeles Dodgers at the time they shot this episode. Lefebvre would go on to manage the Seattle Mariners, Chicago Cubs, and Milwaukee Brewers.
