    GOLD.

And on the whole downloading issue, it depends on what program and what Country.

In Canada downloading songs is legal as long as it's for personal use.

Does anyone happen to know how many episodes are going to be in season 6? The past seasons were usually over 20 episodes, but we have only had approximately 16 so far, and everywhere I look it says we only have 4 episodes left this season? I am confused, and concerned! Where are those couple of extra episodes? Argh!

    Thank you!

I'm not sure where your looking! But there will be 22 episodes this season which is a full season! And there has only been 10 episodes shown so far this season not 16!

Yes, I know that now - but was wondering why they have a winter break...is it an American tv tradition?

It is a American TV tradition that happens with all American shows. They have these breaks to give the cast and crew a break before having to get back to work on new episodes.

I don't really know why, but what i can tell you is that Paul Anka is the name of a famous musician. You know how Lorelai is with pop culture. Makes sense to me that she would name her dog after a celebrity icon.

    www.twiztv.com/scripts/gilmoregirls

This site has all the episodes updated up to "21 is the loneliest number" right now. They continue to update regularly. Hope this helps.

The best reason is probably because most shows only have 22 episodes a year at most and there are 52 weeks in a year. They have to space out the episodes or there would only be a few months of new tv and then the rest of the year would have nothing. The shows continue to film even when episodes aren't airing. We don't get episodes for these 6 weeks, but they're still at work until next week and start back in early January.

I just noticed the other day that Lauren Graham not only has the same initials as her character on the show(which everyone knows that) but, she can also ues the nick name given to her by Chris in real life too. I just thought that was cool.

Personally the name "Lor" just gives me the creeps, because it's so...christopher. He's the only one that actually calls her that.
